This role requires a good understanding of customer analytics, customer behavior, user testing and data modelling. Bringing together various insights from multiple tools/data to put together an impactful business story , collecting insights into customers wants and needs through their own words.

Munkavégzés helye:


  • Creating surveys, conducting focus groups & interviews face to face & remotely
  • Gathering insight from Users to determine their needs, aspiration and pain points.
  • Creating personal & empathy maps
  • Create and manage the User analytics strategy for digital.
  • Develop in depth analysis for all customer segments across each stage of their journey.
  • Collaborate with core business stakeholders to develop analytics briefs and ensure these are aligned to wider business objectives.
  • Create in depth behavioural insight presentations with associated recommendations and action plans.
  • Develop advanced analytical models to support personalisation strategies and collaborate with other functions to implement these within our customer database and IT systems.
  • Support innovation initiatives by measuring all of marketings test and learn activities.
  • Responsible for sharing analytics knowledge and techniques across the wider function.
  • Develop a KPI framework which effectively measures marketing campaigns.
  • Use experience and data to drive user engagement across device types.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders to ensure we always deliver on a customer centric approach.

Job requirements

  • Experience in a market research / customer insight position.
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience managing qualitative and quantitative end-to-end research projects and continuous tracking, experience in analytical tracking of brand health metrics and customer experience feedback would be beneficial.
  • Skilled in statistical analysis and in communicating insight succinctly and clearly
  • Degree or training in psychology desirable
  • Proven track record of monitoring results and ability to work and prioritise under stress
  • Ability to get work done on time and to the correct standard when there is no direct reporting line, more of a cross functional matrix
  • Built effective networks across business areas
  • Gathering data and answers from business group that will be required for completing tasks
  • Ability to present results of insights in a simplified way to show the impact & analyse the outcome to stakeholders.
  • Both spoken and written communication skills with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience and message to be delivered
  • Interpersonal skills need to be particularly strong
  • Fastidious attention to detail and documentation
  • Inspiration skills and ability to align different needs and expectations
  • Explorer mind - eager to find, test and learn new methods to improve the results
  • Flexibility and highly adaptive to changes. Fast learner.
