Our client is the global IT service provider for a global insurance company and delivers IT solutions that drive the digitalization of the Company Group. With more than 10,000 employees located in 36 countries around the globe, they work together with other insurance entities in leading IT for the worldwide digitalization of the Company.
Tasks
- Close collaboration with all stakeholders of the release / test process (i.e. test center, ABS release management, additional stakeholders inside the company)
- Flexibility to fill in in times of scheduling conflicts
- Single point of contact concerning all topics Citrix / VDI
- Incident & service request management
- Deployment of VDI clients / pools in test and production employing established tools and processes
- Documentation and updates of the knowledge base in Atlassian Confluence
- Assistance in improving the deployment processes as well as achieving a higher level of automization
Requirements
- Knowledgeable in release, deployment and test processes
- Well versed in VDI and client rollout processes
- Preferably existing knowledge of ABS architecture
- Fluent in English and German
