We are looking for a motivated and professional User Experience Designer to help drive the future of our partner´s web platform. You will be member of our diverse desing team located in Budapest. This role will require you to span from strategy to launch, bringing a talent for simple and clear design, systems thinking, and seamless user experiences to help our partner´s professional clients accomplish their goals while keeping the focus on business objectives. The position requires 4 days of on-site presence per week.
Tasks
- Transform ideas, business opportunities, research and creative vision into tangible experiences that provide clear, usable, useful and desirable outcomes for users.
- Continuously design innovative approaches to visualizing data and communicating information that facilitates understanding of sophisticated financial concepts.
- Fully consume and become a SME on the design system by partnering with the team, encouraging its adaptation, and providing influence on future needs.
- Expertly create wireframes, site maps, user journeys detailing work including annotations, prototypes, functional specifications.
- Collaborate with key project team members, including content strategist, product managers and technology leads to deliver end-to-end solutions, and ensure projects are well defined, high impact, and successfully executed.
Requirements
- 2-3 years sustained professional experience in digital design, as a practicing designer in either product related or agency environments designing consumer facing applications, sites.
- Strong portfolio of professional work with clear demonstration of your role and contributions on each project.
- Skilled in
- running user research, user testing – identifying user needs, actions, behaviours and emotions through research, validate prototypes through moderated and unmoderated tests
- creating information architecture
- developing user journeys and wireframes
- designing for WCAG Web Accessibility Standards
- prototyping in Figma
- Skilled in documenting work including annotations, functional specifications
- Strong understanding of content.
- Ability to interface with development teams to ensure design delivery meets high quality standards .
- Experience using lean/agile product development models.
- Effectively act on internal feedback, user testing results and learnings to iterate designs that deliver more value for the user and business.
- Strong presentation skills in explaining interactions, scenarios, defending design and educating stakeholders.
- Positive attitude, proactive, doer mentality, hungry to learn, and eager to build something new.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
