Our client has more than 40 years of research and development in the field of gambling systems made our company a worldwide leading supplier of gambling products. To support their team in Budapest, we are looking for a Test Engineer
The following CHALLENGES await You:
- Internal design of new functions.
- Take part in specification work.
- Implementation of new functions according to specifications.
- Draw up test specification and documentation.
- Perform module,integration, system, performance and failover tests.
- Deliver software (installation) kits to the customer in good quality.
- Estimate test effort (time) needed for software changes.
- Support the Sales and Account Management.
- Support the Customer Support teams during installations, problem analysis, etc.
- Perform network and communication tests.
- Plan and perform defect fixing.
- Work abroad (as required by projects) 3 times a year up to a total of six weeks or as agreed.
- Make sure that changes follow the agreed standards, specifications and agreements.
JOIN US, if:
- You have completed technical education in IT (at least HTL level)
- Your experience in the field of testing is strong o Must have Test management tools (Jira, Spira), SQL, Oracle database, Linux
- o Good to have ISTQB CT-FL or higher, Automated test tools, scripting
- Technical experience
- You have ability to understand business processes
- You have the following strengths excellent communication skills, personal initiative, high level of quality awareness, accuracy and team spirit
- You would like to use your excellent English on a daily basis
Advantageous for the position:
- Experience in Gitlab, Maven, Jenkins, Docker and OpenShift
