Our client opened its doors to customers in Hungary in 2002 as a leading pet food and equipment store chain. The first store of the international group opened in 1990 in Germany, and today more than 1,800 stores await pet owners in 11 countries.
In order to build their Hungarian IT Team they are now hiring a TEST AUTOMATION ENGINEER (Quality Assurance Expert), to ensure the quality of our clients software for new developments and ensure a high level of consistent quality by means of regressive tests.
Tasks
- Ensure the highest quality of the companys software products through continuous testing
- Review test cases and test concepts
- Quickly find errors in tickets through exploratory testing
- Be the contact person for quality assurance
- Work across departments on integration and E2E tests
- Ensure reliability through load and performance tests
- Further develop the company infrastructure with new ideas and technologies
Requirements
- ISTQB certifications (at least foundation level)
- Strong methodological knowledge in test design
- Dealing with common test and collaborative working tools of agile software development as well as scripting languages, ideally Javascript
- Experience with the following test frameworks Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber
- Training as an IT specialist or a degree in computer science, business informatics or specialist informatics
- Experience in the application of agile methods in an agile team
- Several years of experience in software testing ideally in e-commerce
- Distinct analytical and structured approach
- A high degree of initiative and sense of responsibility
- Open, digital and international mindset
- Independent work
- Very good English knowledge
