We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced mid-level Test Automation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the quality of our software products. The candidate should have excellent analytical skills and experience with various automation tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated tests for web and mobile applications
- Create and maintain test plans and test cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software development
- Identify, report, and track software defects to closure
- Participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies
- Maintain and improve test automation frameworks and infrastructure
- Analyze test results and provide meaningful insights to stakeholders
- Train and mentor junior members of the team
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in test automation
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
