We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer with relevant experience and strong English knowledge. Our partner is one of the leading global ISVs and industry partners from Microsoft with offices in all continents.
As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards. You will be working within one of our development teams to design, automate, and execute test plans, document defects, and collaborate on solutions to enhance product quality.
Tasks:
- Design, develop and automate Test Cases to validate software functionality.
- Collaborate with the QA Lead to identify areas for improvement in our QA processes.
- Collaborate with the rest of the development team members to identify areas of improvement in our product.
- Participate in agile development and be familiar with scrum, be involved in estimating and planning the testing activities.
- Understand and test both the functional and non-functional requirements of the system.
- Define, implement and maintain testing plans and test cases in accordance with the guidance from the QA Lead.
- Analyze and report defects and communicate effectively with the rest of the development team to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date with the latest testing tools and technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT.
- At least 6-8 years of experience in test automation, with a focus on • Bachelor’s business applications.
- Proficiency in test automation tools such as Playwright (Cypress is acceptable) and performance testing with K6.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Expertise in API testing.
- Experience in creating and maintaining CI-CD pipelines (preferably Azure DevOps).
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, AX 2012, or similar ERP systems is a strong advantage.
- Hands-on experience with test case management tools such as Azure Test Plans, JIRA, Zephyr Scale, or similar.
- ISTQB or similar certification.
