Our client is a leader in the vehicle communication / automotive field. Their mission is to raise/improve traffic safety and efficiency on the road. Now, they are looking for a Test Automation Engineer. The office is in the downtown area of Budapest, but currently they are working form home.
Tasks
- Testing of their car-to-car communication software stack, as well as safety and efficiency applications for different regions (like EU, US, Japan)
- Planning, documentation and implementation of automated test cases using Java based test framework
- Running automated regression test sets, analyzing and reporting the results
- Creating and handling bug reports, problem solving
- Taking part in field testing
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with test automation or programming experience in Java language
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Linux or Unix experience
- Solid understanding of network systems and protocols
- Great communication skills in Hungarian and English.
Advantages
- Experience in embedded Linux system testing (e.g. DD-WRT, OpenWRT, Yocto, OpenEmbedded)
- ISTQB certificate
- Drivers license
- Experience in AUTOSAR and Adaptive AUTOSAR environments as a test engineer or test automation engineer
