Responsibilities
- Lead a local team working on
- The design, development and maintenance of IAM solutions, including installation and configuration tasks as well
- System integration projects based on OOB functionalities of IAM platforms extended by custom solutions
- Train customers on new solutions
- Work in an international team
- Have occasional business trips to client site (abroad)
Requirements
- 5+ years of system integration project lifecycle experience, including software development activities (IT security experience is a plus)
- Technical team management experience (preferably) or ambition (must)
- Previous work experience and solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies and directory services
- Ability and willingness to develop platform, protocol and business expertise in versatile areas
- Preferably (but not necessarily) experience with OneIdentity, Savyint (or any similar) IAM/IGA products
- Capability and desire to learn and improve
- Preference for teamwork, good time management, effective and appropriate communication and interpersonal skills
- High sense of ownership and responsibility
- Good command of written and spoken English
