- implement configuration changes based on client requests
- troubleshoot and fix the operational and network issues of systems
- analyze the root cause of the problems
- prioritize the problems
- document your work in the ticketing system
- communicate with the vendors regarding the actual problems mainly in English
- perform the daily support related operational tasks
- participate in trainings, workshops
