As a System Analyst, you will be…
- Learning the functionality of our customized Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations application and the parameters of the system during training and individually
- Preparing functional design documentation in line with the company´s standards/processes
- Testing and configuring interfaces between our application and 3rd party external systems
- Participating in the design and implementing our solution based on the company´s standards and project implementation methodologies, in line with the individual requirements of the clients and the local/international/group level regulations
- Providing excellence in support on a technical and functional level, incident tracking, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting and resolution
- Working closely with other departments (support, on-site consulting team, product management) to better understand and meet customer expectations and industry trends
- Contributing to the transfer of functional requirements to development and test colleagues
- Working closely with software developers, assisting them during the development phase
- Leading occasionally calls/meetings/demos with clients, product owners and other stakeholders
- Running internal trainings, preparing training materials
- Mentoring junior personnel throughout their learning path
What we expect from you:
- Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, Logistics Management or related area
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- User knowledge of SQL
- Independent preparation and execution of Soap and REST API integration tests within SoapUI tool
- Experience in requirement gathering analysis and in conducting workshops to drive requirements design
- Ability to map integration pattern to functional usage experience in MSFT Dynamics
- Experience in the field of Data migration is a great advantage
- Excellent command of English, both in speaking and writing
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results by working in both a global team environment and independently.

- Previous experience with MSFT Dynamics products is a huge advantage (business analyst, consultant, key user)
