Our client opened its doors to customers in Hungary in 2002 as a leading pet food and equipment store chain. The first store of the international group opened in 1990 in Germany, and today more than 1,800 stores await pet owners in 11 countries.

In order to build their Hungarian IT Team they are now hiring a TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER to maintain and operate the Hungarian teams IT background.

Tasks

  • Assure that IT systems are operated in a securely and stable manner in line with the company regulations
  • Participating in the projects developed by the Central IT department of the company, implement the changes required by the Central IT department of the company in line with the local requirements
  • Provide training on any other operation related systems, offering continuous training and development
  • Leading and coordinating the IT related tasks at new stores
  • Coordinate the operation related IT tasks, keep connection with the service providers and maintenance
  • Control the setup and usage of the IT infrastructure
  • Develop ideas on process improvement and on cost efficient operation
  • Conclusion, administration and management of agreements & contracts for local IT services, under consideration of the central IT strategy
  • Budget planning for centrally provided & local IT services

Requirements

  • Secondary diploma
  • Knowledge on operating systems, network administration and general office programs
  • Intermediate English knowledge
  • Customer-oriented, innovative, honest and open
