We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master for one of the biggest financial service providers in Austria.
Tasks
- Coach the team and tribe in agile methodologies
- Accountable for building and maintaining a high performing team
- Responsible for anticipating and removing obstacles and impediments in order to enable the team to perform
- Facilitate agile ceremonies with the Team and Product Owner and coordinate the daily standups with the team
- Support and guide the Product Owner in his/her efforts to manage the Product Stream backlog
- Support with tracking of team/tribe-budget & senior management communication/transparency
- Manages social aspects at team level
- Leads the continuous improvement process on team performance, be a role model for transparency and agile values
- Consistently improves and reports team productivity without focusing on content
Requirements
- Your qualification for this job is the ability to ´Make Things Happen´ and hands on
- Your objective is to support the team towards the product goal
- Having a track-record in working with agile team, ideally in the banking area
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint), Jira, Confluence, MS Teams
- Having experience in agile transformation on team level
- Working in a hybrid mode with fixed onsite days
- Result-driven, analytical skills, data orientation
- English is working language. German as a plus
