We are looking for a Solution Architect with a strong Business Analyst mindset to join a 1–1.5 year long project. The role involves designing and supporting complex system solutions in close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days onsite per week at the client’s office, and active English communication.
Responsibilities
- Translate business and technical requirements into high-level system and architectural specifications
- Design solution components in collaboration with architects, specialists, and business analysts
- Define APIs, modules, and system integrations
- Support solution implementation and provide architecture-level guidance
- Align domain-specific systems with broader BSS / OSS landscapes
- Establish and enforce architectural principles and documentation standards
- Manage architectural changes and governance
- Work closely with development, integration, and operations teams to ensure quality delivery
Requirements
- Experience as a Solution or System Architect
- Strong business-oriented mindset / BA experience
- Knowledge of SOA and microservice architectures
- Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools (Atlassian stack, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
- Confident English communication skills

- Experience with ERP systems
- Document management and digital signature solutions
- Development background (e.g. Java, Python, Node.js, Spring Boot, Angular)
