Our client has more than 40 years of research and development in the field of gambling systems made our company a worldwide leading supplier of gambling products. To support their team in Budapest, we are looking for a Software Development Lead. Our partner offers a fixed 14 monthly salary and other benefits (Medicover and cafeteria).
Tasks
- Managing the development of our Lottery and Retailer Management Platform, developed with Java,
- JavaScript, OutSystems or Crystal Reports
- Lead an agile software development team and create an environment for developers to grow and expand their skills
- Work together with product owner, project manager, account manager, and others to plan and execute customer oriented software development projects with our product idea in mind
- Evolve existing software system applications and architecture in various areas as needed
- Serve as Subject Matter Export for the product you are responsible for together with your team
- Conduct interviews for new team members
Requirements
- Graduated of a university or college with focus on IT and managament
- Experience with backend and frontend technologies and software development project
- management
- Good understanding of business processes and entrepreneurial thinking
- Like working in a self-organized team and enjoy the freedom and responsibilities that come with it
- Strong English skills in written and spoken
