They are expanding their headquarters in Budapest to provide project and operational IT services to local subsidiaries in Hungary and worldwide.
The company is undergoing a major expansion and team building, and they are looking for colleagues to help them develop their processes.

Tasks
- Developing and maintaining the on-premise ServiceNow platform for the corporate group.
- Designing, configuring, and developing technical solutions, features, and integrations using ServiceNow best practices, standards, and custom developments.
- Troubleshooting and developing fixes for issues.
- Maintaining the operational manual and documenting developments.
- Monitoring the status, usage, and overall compliance of the platform and applications.
- Active team participation and sharing of experiences.
- Providing consultative support at the server level (application and database) for our team in ServiceNow.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience with the ServiceNow platform (experience in at least one of the followingCore, ITSM, ITOM, SPM, SecOps) and ServiceNow APIs.
- Thorough knowledge of JavaScript, Ajax, CSS, and HTML.
- In-depth understanding of integrations and web services (SOAP, Rest).
- Comprehensive understanding of the ServiceNow platforms architecture, design, and management.
- Basic knowledge of networks, databases, and application servers.
- Strong analytical skills paired with a determined service and customer-oriented focus.
- Independent problem-solving ability.
- Fluent English language proficiency (business level) in both written and spoken communication.
Advantages
