We are looking for Service Manager colleague for process mining to our client whos present in the insurance sector.
Responsibilities:
- Perform service controlling (P&L)
- Plan capacity and sizing of the service components, proactive hardware and environment management
- Plan and setup the software as a service concept for a globally available service
- Initiating planning and set up of new service components
- Maintain service related documentation according with company standards
- Monitoring and SLA Management
- Document, maintain and optimize processes and configurations related to the environments
- Coordinate with various stakeholders in development, architecture, rollout and operations teams as well as with customers for releases/upgrades/changes Manage and support service related risk assessments and audits
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience is service management
- ITIL
- Experience with software as a service concept
- Desirable database knowledge
- Desirable Experience in BI Project Management and Service delivery management
- Strong analytical skills
- Organizing abilities
- Strong customer focus
- Can rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
- Advanced English is a must
- Excellent communication skills with high customer focus Strong conflict resolution skills, resilience
