Responsibilities:
- Perform service controlling (P&L)
- Plan capacity and sizing of the service components, proactive hardware and environment
- management
- Plan and setup the software as a service concept for a globally available service
- Initiating planning and set up of new service components
- Coordinate the operations and maintenance of related software, complex server
- infrastructure and databases (Linux, SAS, Oracle)
- Maintain service related documentation according with client standards
- Monitoring and SLA Management
- Document, maintain and optimize processes and configurations related to the environments
- Coordinate with various stakeholders in development, architecture, rollout and operations
- teams as well as with customers for releases/upgrades/changes
- Manage and support service related risk assessments and audits
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in project management
- At least 5 years experience in operating infrastructure and application management
- Solid understanding of Infrastructure architecture
- ITIL
- Experience with software as a service concept
- Desirable SAS + database knowledge
- Desirable Experience in BI Project Management and Service delivery management
- Strong analytical skills
- Organizing abilities
- Strong customer focus
- Can rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
- Advanced English is a must
- Excellent communication skills with high customer focus
- Strong conflict resolution skills, resilience
