We’re looking for a Senior Sitecore Developer who can start immediately to work on an exciting 3-month project:
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the implementation of Sitecore XM Cloud solutions
- Contribute to technical solution design based on project requirements and business goals
- Support scope understanding by identifying risks, dependencies, and technical trade offs during delivery
- Work closely with client teams and internal engineering to ensure clear communication and alignment
- Take part in workshops, discovery sessions, and estimations from a technical delivery perspective
- Develop and maintain solutions within the Sitecore ecosystem, including XM Cloud, Search, Personalize, Content Hub, and Send
- Apply best practices for composable architecture, performance, scalability, and cloud based deployment models
- Ensure that implemented solutions support maintainability and business value
- Review technical deliverables and contribute to feasibility and quality from a development perspective
- Support other engineers by sharing knowledge and promoting a structured, solution oriented way of working
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience with Sitecore based development, including at least 1+ years with XM Cloud
- Proven experience in client facing situations with both business and technical stakeholders
- Strong understanding of modern Sitecore composable solutions:
- XM Cloud
- Sitecore Search
- Sitecore Personalize
- Content Hub and Send
- Ability to translate client needs into technical solutions, implementation plans, and effort estimates
- Comfortable discussing technical assumptions and estimates in a constructive way
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in English at C1 level or above
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and cross functional international teams
Preferred Skills
- Experience integrating Sitecore with CRM, ERP
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and headless implementations using Next.js, React, or similar technologies
- Previous experience as a Lead Developer or Senior Developer in Sitecore projects
- Understanding of feasibility assessment in large scale digital transformation projects
