Responsibilities
- Management / Coordination of all aspects of the project (IT application development, IT Infrastructure, business activities and resource management)
- Continuous alignment with the core team members on the progress and the next steps, identify and manage dependencies in the ongoing activities
- Scope management in line with Product Owner directions and expectations
- Project schedule set up keep and enforce project deadlines, forecast planned deadline lags
- Professional content compilation of the implementation project in accordance with the functional business and management needs
- Specify, allocate and schedule the tasks, prepare and regularly communicate the project plan towards the involved participants according to a pre-defined schedule
- Budget monitoring / ownership with constant forecasting of budgets
- Resource planning, alignment with resource owners on resource booking
- Place and manage purchase orders for external vendors
- Manage project documentations according to industry standard PM methodologies and agreed project deliverables
- Coordinate and monitor the project related testing activities and trainings, go-live activities,
- Continuous release management for the product/project
- Manage the project closing and the handover to Operations
- Collect the emerging demands during/after the handover, manage the correction of such failures
- Project administration and document creation (project charter, weekly reports, steerco presentations, meeting minutes, project tracking tools management/update, etc)
- Coordinate internal project approval process (if applicable)
- Organize regular status meetings and steerco meetings in alignment with the product owner
Expected way of cooperation
- Coordinate projects in-line with GBS PMO methodology, but with DF DP extra requirements
- The Project Manager (PM) is a professional (in case of GBS PM) or direct subordinate (in case of DF PM) of the Group Digital Payments Product Owner (PO).
- In case of delay, problem, resource issue in the project, PM escalates it immediately to PO with an action plan proposal.
- All status meetings are starting with the chosen form of task and schedule tracking, which should always be available to the members of the project (JIRA or up-to-date MS Project). This requires regular (weekly-bi-weekly) coordination with the core team, GBS colleagues and suppliers.
- Continuous GBS ITD resource availability check and booking according to approved project plan with resource owners
- The project budget status is updated weekly and its always available on MS Team dedicated project site/channel, which shows the current status and forecast on each line per project (also at the program level if its applicable)
- Project Steering Committee is in charge to approve any project scope, timeline and budget change/modification.
- PM is in charge to manage administration of purchase orders, creation of tickets in SAP SRM, etc
- PM is responsible to acquire UAT sign-off from PO before any release activities and sign performance protocol for Vendors from PO before payment (UAT sign-offs and test reports must be accepted by the project Steering committee when applicable, up to the decision of PO)
- In Case of DF PM only PM creates a Timesheet monthly based on the predefined template and submit it to the relevant PO and architect for approval
- Weekly project status reports must be sent out on the project progress/issues/budget status to SteerCo
- Test Management is done in cooperation with the DF Test Manager and based on the defined methodology by DF Test Man
Requirements
- Several years experience in payment card data security, or direct experience in PCI-DSS, information security and audit
- Skilled in risk management, business risk analysis and making complex business/risk trade-off recommendations and decisions.
- Technical knowledge and familiarity with payment security standards.
- Minimum 5 years of PM experience
- PMI or Prince2 Certification in project methodology
- Senior-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent leadership, teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Results oriented, high energy, self-motivated.
- Up to 30% travel may be required.
Project period
- Full time 4-5 days / week between 2021. May – 2021. December.
