We are looking for a Senior Java Developer for our partner in Vienna. Strong knowledge of German is an essential.
Tasks
- Digitization project in the railway environment
- Individual software development using a hybrid approach
- Probable follow-up orders (further development / software maintenance)
Requirements
- Java development experience
- Distributed systems (microservices, REST)
- Hibernate/JPA (ORM)
- Jump
- NoSQL
- Oracle / Postgres databases
- EDP or technically oriented training at an HTL or university or technical college (or a comparable completed training) or at least 5 years of professional experience as a software developer
- Relevant knowledge of object-oriented system modeling (UML, Use Cases) and database modeling
- Practical experience with build, test and continuous integration processes and supporting tools (Maven, JUnit or Bamboo / Jenkins)
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of other architectures, frameworks and programming languages (.NET C#, .NET core)
- Experience with software quality assurance processes and tools
Advantages

HO regulations
- 2-3 days onsite in Vienna, the rest is remote
