Our client is the global IT service provider for a global insurance company and delivers IT solutions that drive the digitalization of the Company Group. With more than 10,000 employees located in 36 countries around the globe, they work together with other insurance entities in leading IT for the worldwide digitalization of the Company. They are now hiring a SENIOR CLOUD SUPPORT SPECIALIST.
Tasks
- Select, configure, develop, support and scale the tools and technologies used to build highly scalable and manageable environment
- Maintenance of CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) infrastructure
- Maintenance and extension of development and cloud platforms
- Support DevOPS Engineers in developing Cloud solutions
- Working in close connection with release management team, system analysts and with other operation and infrastructure teams
- Providing system and config information
- Managing cloudified applications local environmental solution
- Actively participate in cloud related problem and incident management tasks (e.g. Do application administration, monitoring, troubleshooting)
- Support 7×24 operation for business services (on call duty – on weekly turnaround basis – rewarded)
- Technical mentoring of a team of 3-5 members
Requirements
- Previous experience in similar role (3-5 years)
- Good knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (e.g., Jenkins, Helm, Maven, Git)
- Experience with configuring, running servers and services (Bash shell scripting)
- Expertise in cloud technologies such as Docker, containers in general, Kubernetes and Microservices, and cloud platforms (such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
- Interested in new technologies and can quickly sort them out
- Strong collaboration skills and a flexible approach to work in teams
- Strong organization skills, able to work independently
- Self-motivated and has the ability to succeed in a dynamic environment
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in Hungarian and English
- Experience in Linux, Windows Admin, Active Directory
