Tasks
- Re-think existing business and platform processes using LLMs and agentic approaches
- Drive adoption of AI and LLM capabilities across platform teams
- Design and build scalable agent systems (reasoning, task planning, tool usage, memory)
- Shape the AI orchestration and infrastructure layer across services, APIs, and events
- Prototype and iterate on core components such as agent runtimes, orchestration logic, and context storage
- Collaborate with platform teams in an enterprise-scale Azure environment
- Define architecture and design guidelines for production-ready LLM and agent-based systems
- Stay ahead of emerging AI frameworks, models, and best practices
Requirements
- Strong experience in AI / LLM system architecture, ideally with agentic or orchestrated workflows
- Hands-on experience designing LLM-centric use cases and processes
- Excellent Python skills (C#/Java is a plus)
- Experience with agent and orchestration frameworks (e.g. Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangGraph, N8N, or custom solutions)
- Solid understanding of RAG, semantic search, vector databases, tool calling, long-term memory, and execution planning
- Up-to-date knowledge of MCP and multi-agent orchestration
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services (AI Studio, Functions, Event Grid, Cosmos DB, AKS, AI Search) is a plus
- Strong architectural mindset with a focus on scalable, modular systems
- Clear communicator who can align technical and non-technical stakeholders
