We are looking for a Scrum Master in our international partners team to Budapest with 3 days/week home-office opportunity and competitive salary. Our partner is dealing with E-commerce. You must have strong English language skills, 3+ years of experience with Scrum to fill the position. The team needs to switch to scrum methodology (from Kanban).
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Scrum
- Agile mindset
- Strong English knowledge both oral and written
- Empathy and non-conflict communication
- Need to help others, work together and find common solutions
- Ability of introspection and self-reflection
- Desire to constantly learn and work on yourself
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
- Sense of humor
Responsibilities
- Help with implementation and daily usage of Scrum in our development team (with a size of 13 people)
- Organization and facilitation of team meetings/ceremonies (planning, daily standups, review, retrospective, demos, workshops, etc.)
- Help with the coordination of international cooperation among our countries
- Work in a group of Scrum Masters with a focus on cooperation, transfer knowledge and advancement
- Personal development of team members
