We are looking for a Scrum Master with PO and QA experience, strong English knowledge and at least 2-3 years relevant experience as a Scrum Master.
Tasks
- Drive and facilitate the Scrum activities in the team like sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, sprint retrospective, and product demos with the focus on improving team efficiency
- Document team decisions, create meeting minutes and follow up on agreements
- Encourage collaboration between the team and the other participants like Product Owners, QAs
- Remove impediments
- Keep clients informed and engaged during the process and offer advice and support
- Facilitate the daily stand up
- Set up retrospectives, sprint reviews or sprint planning sessions
