Our client is a global technology company building an expanding IT competence center in their
Budapest office. Due to growth, we are looking for two new colleagues who will provide technical and
application support for the company’s global ERP platforms. One colleague will focus on SAP Business
One, the other on NetSuite – however, we welcome applicants with any ERP system experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 technical and application support for SAP Business One or NetSuite
- Respond to support tickets and troubleshoot issues for global end-users
- Assist internal consultants with application and business-related questions
- Maintain ERP configurations across multiple international markets
- Evaluate issues and escalate complex cases to other teams when required
- Prepare and update reports using Crystal Reports, SQL queries, NetSuite Saved Searches or
- other reporting tools
- Manage master data and perform accuracy/quality checks
- Implement modifications to report layouts depending on the ERP system
- Maintain internal documentation and continuously update the knowledge base
- Deliver training sessions to end-users worldwide
- Document solutions, processes and best practices
- Identify risks, propose process improvements and support continuous enhancement

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience with any ERP system (SAP Business One, NetSuite or others)
- Experience in support, helpdesk or application support roles
- University or college degree
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work effectively in an international team and communicate clearly in English
Nice to have
- Direct experience with SAP Business One or NetSuite
- SQL/database knowledge (SQL Server, MySQL or similar)
- Reporting experience with Crystal Reports, SQL, Sharperlight or NetSuite Saved Searches
- Knowledge of ERP add-ons or integrations (e.g., Boyum, DTW, Payment, Intercompany; or
- SuiteAnalytics for NetSuite)
- Basic understanding of SuiteScript (not mandatory)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
