Our client is a global technology company. Due to expansion, they are building an IT team in their Budapest office. We are looking for a new colleague for the position of SAP Technical Support to join this team.
In this role, you will provide technical support, system maintenance, and issue resolution for SAP users. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure optimal system performance and support business processes through the effective use of SAP solutions.
Responsibilities
- – The successful candidate will provide the expertise necessary to support SAP Business One, which may include
- Responding to support tickets and providing L1 Support to end-users
- Provide application and business support to Consultants (Applications and Technical)
- Maintain configuration set by consultants across all markets
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Prepare reports
- Data Management tasks
- Implementing changes to crystal report layouts
- Maintain knowledgebase
- Delivering training to SAP Business One end-users across the globe
- Proactively identify and assess risk and escalate to line manager as required
- Evaluate issues and escalate to other teams where appropriate

Requirements
- Experience with SAP Business One – minimum 3-5 years
- Experience in a support/helpdesk environment (non-essential)
- SAP Business One Certified minimum 9.1 (non-essential)
- University or college degree
Preferred skills
- Microsoft Excel knowledge
- SQL Server Database
- 3rd Party Add-ons such as Boyum
- Develop reports using SQL, Sharperlight and/or Crystal Reports
- Experience of Sharperlight reporting software advantageous
- Knowledge of SAP Business One Add-Ons such as – EFM Format Definition, DTW, Payment, Intercompany
