The Salesforce Software Engineer role gives you the opportunity to expand your expertise across the Salesforce Platform where you will be working on different roles like Support, Enhancements, and Projects to solve customer issues.
Tasks:
- Collaborate with development and business/functional teams to understand the requirements and deliver the solution with the highest coding standards & proper change management,
- Own support tickets, fix and respond within defined SLAs per ticket category,
- Implement Salesforce solutions to solve business challenge and improve processes and efficiency in Salesforce using your strong business analysis skills,
- Collaborate and participate in various technical reviews
- Promote a collaborative, transparent working environment, have a customer service mentality approach.
- Maintain the Salesforce security model including roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permission sets, regularly perform a Salesforce Health Check and implement field-level security, ensure that Salesforce implementation adheres to corporate security standards, complete regular internal system audits, and prepare for system upgrades.
- Working with Salesforce out of the box functionalities like (but not limited to) Objects, Roles, Fields, Customizations, Approval processes, Validation rules, Data loader, Workflow rules, Process Builder, Flows, Sandbox Lifecycle, Deployments, changesets, Managed Packages, territory management, data management, data loader, communities, Lightning, LWC, AURA, APEX, VF, VF Components, Salesforce Knowledgebase & Coding.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with configuring and administering the Salesforce instance, Salesforce Apps and security products
- Salesforce certifications (Admin/App Builder/Developer/Sales, Service Cloud)
- Salesforce data migration, Einstein and Slack
- Technical familiarity with Oracle CPQ, EDW (Datawarehouse), SAP, and MuleSoft.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting Integrations related to SOAP, WSDL, API, HTML, CSS etc.
- 3-5 years relevant IT experience in Salesforce
