We are looking to hire an experienced and passionate Salesforce CRM Solution Architect. The new team member will collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and third-party integrators to design and implement technical solutions that address complex business needs. The Architect will oversee Salesforce CRM-related projects from inception to production, ensuring alignment with business goals, architecture principles, and performance standards while monitoring testing and system performance.
Tasks
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into a high-level technical plan and comprehensive CRM solutions.
- Design and architect scalable, secure IT solutions that integrate various technologies, including Salesforce applications on Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Loyalty Cloud platforms.
- Ensure solutions align with the organizational IT governance, regulations, and performance standards, selecting appropriate technologies and platforms based on scalability, performance, and security.
- Present technical vision and architecture to stakeholders, including business, development, and operations teams.
- Provide high-level guidance and leadership during the development and implementation phases.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop data flows and transformation strategies for unified customer data.
- Define, document, and manage the configuration of Salesforce Cloud automations, processes, and architecture design in SparX and Confluence.
- Lead technical discussions, document solution architecture, and ensure clear communication across teams.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Salesforce Customer 360.
- Understanding of loyalty program mechanics (points, tiers, redemption, vouchers) within Salesforce Loyalty Cloud is a bonus.
Requirements
- Proven experience in designing and building enterprise-grade solutions on Salesforce platforms (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, or Loyalty Cloud preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security best practices.
- Experience with Mulesoft Anypoint Studio and API integration methodologies and APIs methodology to seamlessly integrate Salesforce with external systems and data sources.
- Understanding of data governance principles, cybersecurity concepts and data quality practices.
- Proven experience designing and implementing loyalty programs within Salesforce Loyalty Cloud.
- Knowledge of marketing automation principles and campaign management best practices.
- Experience with cloud-based deployment and management practices.
- Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines (bonus).
- Salesforce certification is a plus.
- Professional usage of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Atlassian JIRA, Confluence.
