We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join a team focused on enhancing Customer Experience across multiple Salesforce Clouds. The role involves working on projects that support the adoption and optimization of Salesforce solutions within higher education institutions. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to digital transformation initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape the CRM landscape in a complex, multi-country environment. 5-month project to start, with the possibility of extension depending on mutual fit and project needs
Responbilities
- Conduct functional workshops with business departments and key users to gather requirements.
- Participate in functional design and validation committees to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Analyze and propose enhancements to the Salesforce platform to optimize internal processes.
- Translate business requirements into detailed Salesforce specifications.
- Act as a reference for Salesforce solutions across various stakeholders.
- Implement Salesforce Platform configurations, including complex flows, following Agile methodology.
- Maintain and develop Salesforce expertise through training and certifications.
Requirements
- Business Analyst experience with Salesforce configuration expertise.
- Fluent in English and Hungarian; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., French) is a plus.
- Strong determination, rigor, and the ability to manage and follow up on client requests.
- Deep understanding of organizational structures and user needs in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with directors, users, developers, architects, and IT specialists.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Autonomy, resilience, adaptability, and teamwork spirit.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in higher education or complex service-oriented environments.
