A Salesforce Business Analyst is required to support international digital transformation projects in the education sector. The role focuses on Salesforce-based solutions used across Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing domains, working in a complex multi-country environment. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to large-scale CRM initiatives and to collaborate with diverse business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and conduct functional workshops with business departments and key users
- Participate in functional design and validation committees
- Analyze business needs and propose improvements to existing Salesforce applications
- Translate CRM functional requirements into clear Salesforce specifications
- Act as a functional reference point for Salesforce-related topics
- Configure and administer the Salesforce platform, including complex flows
- Support Agile project delivery and participate in sprint activities
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on integration topics
- Support ongoing optimization of customer experience processes
- Continuously develop Salesforce knowledge through training and certifications
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Salesforce Sales Cloud certification
- Solid understanding of CRM processes in Sales and Customer Service
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and administration
- Ability to gather, structure, and document business requirements
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management experience
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Fluent English and Hungarian, French is an advantage
Nice to have
- Experience with additional Salesforce Clouds (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud)
- Knowledge of omnichannel contact center processes
- Experience in international, multi-country projects
- Understanding of digital marketing and customer engagement processes
