Our Budapest-based partner provides IT solutions and services for its ever-growing clientele (primarily financial institutions) all over the world. To support this growth, they now offer a long-term opportunity for a Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Business development, identifying business leads, networking and scouting new customers globally
- Maintaining a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Continuous contact with existing and potential clients and partner network
- Developing strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
- Applying confidently and effectively an appropriate mix of communication channels, including phone, e-mail, video conferencing and chat tools
- Designing and creating marketing and sales presentation materials
- Planning, and delivering presentations on company products
- Serving customers by client needs assessment and recommending suitable products, solutions & services
- Negotiating complex software contracts
- Working towards company goals by following domestic and international sales processes, including pricing policy
- Developing sales and channels strategies
- Market and trend research
- Representing the company at international trade fairs and events, participating on business trips and client roadshows occasionally
- Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keeping it current by updating account information regularly
- Constant monitoring of client receivables, correspondence with the responsible persons
- Measuring and analysing client satisfaction
- Keeping management informed about sales activities and sales reporting
Requirements
- University degree in trade / foreign trade / economy / economics / marketing / communication / business
- At least 3 – 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in medium-sized or large business environment
- Experience both hunter and farmer type of sales
