Our company is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Requirements Engineer to join our team. Key responsibilities
- Implement process-oriented web applications for bank employees in the account management domain
- Serve as a bridge between product owners, subject matter experts, software developers, and other stakeholders
- Elicit and document technical requirements, and transform them into technical solutions
- Develop concepts for software development based on the requirements
- Participate in quality assurance activities for the implemented software solutions
- Act as an interface to the data centers during the preparation, ongoing operations, and DevOps activities
- Provide support for service activities (2nd level) and maintenance of the software solutions
Requirements
- Technical training (HTL, studies, or similar) and relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in software development, specifically in Java and Angular
- Experience in REST service modeling using OpenAPI and database modeling with SQL
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, including conducting interface tests (e.g., with Postman)
- In-depth understanding of methods for collecting, designing, and documenting technical requirements and solutions
- Basic banking know-how
- Strong analytical thinking to solve complex tasks involving all stakeholders
- Ability to work in an agile, cross-site environment with high communication needs
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
- Fluency in German
