Our Partner is creating the next generation of software solutions to power safety-critical systems and enable autonomous driving features in a new vehicles around the globe. We are looking for a system administrator in our international partners team to Budapest with 2-3 day/week home-office opportunity.
Tasks
- IT Service Management, Ticket handling, Level 2 support of IT systems (clients, network, IT devices, etc.)
- Local IT network design, installation and management
- Configuration and maintenance of LAN/WAN network environment (CISCO)
- Installation, operation and patching of servers, PCs and peripherals
- Software installation, license management and inventory
- FW and IPS Administration(CISCO Firepower)
- Client & Server administration (HPAM, AD, LanDesk, etc.)
- Data backup, ensure data protection of the system including virus protection, cyber security
- Administration of IT equipment, user and user rights management
- Monitoring performance and troubleshooting
- Cooperation with other departments, suppliers and central IT organization
- Communication with 3rd level support
- Ensure the operational conditions of the administrative and office applications, optimize the operation
- Implementation of IT projects
Requirements
- Bsc or Msc degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- At least 2 years relevant work experience (IT network administration)
- CISCO & Extreme network device knowledge (ISE, FW, switch, WiFi)
- Windows & Linux OS administration experience
- Server operation knowledge
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent and proactive problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Customer orientation strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player but able to work independently
