The purpose of this role is to lead project management on new product development or product maintenance.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and driving successful project outcomes.
- Project Planning & Execution : Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
- Team Leadership : Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, assigning tasks and ensuring accountability
- Budget & Resource Management : Track project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize costs
- Risk Management : Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively
- Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact, providing regular updates to product management, customer engineering, management, executives, and team members
- Quality Assurance : Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and comply with organizational process requirements
- Reporting & Documentation : Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and post-mortem analyses
Required Experience
- Master or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IT
- 5+ years of relevant project management experience in automotive, embedded electronics, wireless telecom industry
- Working knowledge of hardware, RF and software of integrated wireless communication products
- Strong leadership, communication, reporting, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS project, JIRA)
- Analytical and systematic mindset and action plan follow-up
- Professional English verbal and written communications skills

- PMP certification or training
- Automotive product development or maintenance experience
