We are searching for a new colleague who will join the team, which is working on the global digital transformation project.
Tasks
- Develop, own, and execute the product roadmap in sync with Tribe and Digital Factory strategy and roadmap
- Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria
- Own, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog – in alignment with parallel teams, in terms of content & priorities (importance, ranking, distribution) and prioritize the needs for incremental deliveries to ensure timely delivery
- Act as the budget owner of product developments and/or align with vendors to effectively balance resource needs and budget effects
- Drive delivery and coordinate and evaluate relevant vendors throughout the product development
- Define how to measure progress and impact (KPIs) and monitor results (analytics based) of owned products
- Define how to meausre progress and impact (KPIs) and monitor results (analytics based) of owned products
- Define improvement initiatives based on results of continuous measurement and user feedback and user testing activities, build an actionable customer feedback loop
- If applicable, manage and oversee group level business operation in cooperation with involved and supporting functions in the wider organization and vendors for products owned
- Anticipate needs, industry and global trends, and cover shifting business requirements be ready to accommodate the occasional moving target
- Be an internal advocate for the Digital Future of company (act as an influencer in for example applying design thinking, data driven decision making, etc.)
- Coordinate and evaluate the work of the intern on the team if applicable
- Take part in defining the vision for the future of the mobile product portfolio as part of the general business requirements of the digital roadmap.
- Work with other Product Owners to align effective digital transformation from legacy to new generation ecosystems in a manner that provides continuity to the customer.
Requirements
- Degree in Technology or Business
- Minimum 5-year experience with customer-facing digital products or services mobile apps is a plus
- Successful examples of digital service launches and/or management.
- Applied use of design thinking or customer oriented deliveries is a plus
- Use of tracking and design tools such as JIRA, Spira, Figma, etc.)
- Understanding the fundamentals of API based architectures
- Knowledge of analytics platforms (GA, Firebase, Adobe, etc.)
- Knowledge with regards to mobile apps or content management systems is a plus
- Product ownership (or management) knowledge in digital domain
- Mobile application or digital service management
- Technical understanding of backend-heavy mobile applications and care solutions in this space (i.e. loyalty, self-care, etc.) as
- Strong understanding of Agile vs. Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Detailed business requirement identification and formulation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment, managing multiple tasks in parallel
- Ability to lead multi-cultural product and development teams across borders.
- Ability to pick battles in an empowered manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communications and presentation skills to higher levels
- Service design, UX/UI or marketing experience is a plus
