We are looking for a Product Owner who is responsible for translating the product vision, goals and initiatives into a clear structure of features in order to define and develop our system product for the Hungarian market.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Product Manager, Scrum Master, Business Analysts and Engineers in an agile product lifecycle of a Scrum team
- Representing the overall product during the full product development lifecycle, understanding and prioritizing the necessary functionalities and making sure they are being developed in a way which creates a highly efficient and reliable overall system
- Defining and managing the product backlog, scheduling backlog items into sprints and oversee all development and testing stages
- Working with the internal Product and Engineering Teams to identify solutions to problems, aligning both customer needs and the product development roadmap
- Participating in Scrum ceremonies, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint-, and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings
- Supporting Business Analysts in the definition and documentation of business and system processes, functional- and non-functional requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience as a Product Owner in IT system delivery projects utilizing agile methodologies
- Detail-oriented, yet able to look at a wide array of choices and identify what truly matters; strong problem solving skills are a must
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Effective written and oral communication with multiple levels of business and technical leadership
- Bachelors or Masters in technology-focused Business or Computer Science (preferred)
- Hungarian and English language knowledge: fluent in reading, writing and speaking
- Direct experience with IT system architecture and software development – especially technologies like SQL, .NET Framework, MS Services (Business Central, CRM, Report, Azure), AWS, SAP, Salesforce, REST – is an advantage
