Tasks
- Owns the product scope delivery as soon as it is translated into user stories or bugs
- Assures the product releases in alignment with the Release Manager and Project Manager
- Collects from the Customer the business requirements and respective prioritization
- Collects the technical, including quality, requirements
- Works with the Project Manager in the product roadmap, translation into Epics and overall product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
- Define and maintains, with the relevant stakeholders, the gateways between specification and development, namely definition of ready (DoR) and definition of done (DoD)
- Reviews and supports the Development team on the User Stories review and estimation
- Initiates and Closes the sprint
- Ensures that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared user stories to work on
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
- Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
- Acts as a single point of contact towards business representatives
Requirements
- Ability to work in an agile environment
- Experience in building Websites, Web Applications and User Experience (UX)
- Good analytical capabilities
- Experience using programming languages and database technologies is an advantage
- Ability to manage customers in a dynamically changing environment
- Understanding complex business scenarios using professional analytical skills
- Fluent English written and spoken
