Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of our proprietary trading evaluation
- process
- Conduct market research to identify trader needs, challenges, and
- opportunities for growth
- Develop product strategies and roadmaps that align with the companys
- business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. technology, design, marketing)
- to improve and refine the evaluation process
- Define and manage product requirements, ensuring that they meet trader
- needs and expectations
- Analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve the
- evaluation process and drive growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive activity to ensure that our
- evaluation process remains competitive
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of
- delivering successful products
- Deep understanding of the financial markets, including forex trading
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make
- data-driven decisions
- Experience with product management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile,
- Scrum)
