We are looking for an experienced Product Designer who has got experience with automatization and creating a seamless experience and has a confident knowledge of English.
Tasks
- Drive design from early-stage concepts through final delivery and launch.
- Facilitate design thinking workshops with a cross-functional, agile team.
- Express early design concepts through user flows, sketches, lo-fi mockups.
- Create prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and detailed UI designs.
- Validate design solutions with real users.
- Partner with engineers to deliver practical and compelling product experiences.
- Contribute to the user experience vision and roadmap.
- Conduct user research to explore new opportunities and identify unmet user needs.
- Establish design and research processes and best practices.
Expectations
- Prior experience in product design with SaaS products and tech-enabled services
- Are comfortable with ambiguity, change, and uncertainty
- Have excellent skills for capturing, analyzing, and applying insights
- Are fluent in leading design tools such as Figma
- Have experience applying user research methodologies and data to inform design decisions
- Demonstrate strong communication skills of presenting designs and articulating design decisions
Advantage
- Experience in the Automation/IPaaS or Localization industry
- Experience in a start-up environment
