Our client is hiring an experienced (medior or senior) German speaking Problem Manager with at least some incident management experience.
- 3+ years of experience in problem management in a German or international environment,
- 1+ years of experience in incident management in a German or international environment,
- ITIL knowledge, ideally certified,
- Full Professional Proficiency in German,
- Professional Working Proficiency in English.
- University or College degree in informatics,
- Experience with SLA management / SLA reporting.
