We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Microsoft Consultant who will be primarily responsible for gaining a deep understanding of various Microsoft solutions and effectively explaining and demonstrating them to both business and technology parties. Acting as a trusted advisor to IT Reseller Partners and their customers is a key part of this role.
You don’t need to be an expert when starting this role, you can learn everything you need. What matters most is that you stay agile, diligent, committed, and take full ownership of your responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Clearly explaining how different Microsoft technologies work through various methods, such as product demonstrations and presentations.
- Continuously learning about new Microsoft solutions and services, and sharing knowledge with the internal team and IT Reseller Partners.
- Delivering online or in-person consultations with IT Reseller Partners and their customers, covering Microsoft solutions, technical specifications, and business benefits.
- Responding to technical, licensing, and pricing inquiries related to Microsoft products and associated infrastructure.
- Preparing tailored Microsoft solution proposals based on the requirements of resellers and end-users.
- Providing operational support to the Microsoft Business Unit as needed.
- Completing required Microsoft certifications and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
- Actively contributing to the achievement of the Microsoft Team’s KPIs.
How do we imagine you?
- 1–3 years of experience in an IT-related role (e.g., Help Desk, Customer Support, Sales Support, IT Consultant, Technical Support Specialist etc.)
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft solutions (Modern Work, Copilot, Azure, etc.).
- Consultative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to handle operational tasks as part of the role.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot is an advantage.
- Microsoft certifications are a plus, but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English and native Hungarian to support local channel partners.
