Our client is the global IT service provider for a global insurance company and delivers IT solutions that drive the digitalization of the Company Group. With more than 10,000 employees located in 36 countries around the globe, they work together with other insurance entities in leading IT for the worldwide digitalization of the Company.
Tasks
- Presentation of the service and explanation of the onboarding process,
- Organization, facilitation and follow-up of all meetings with customers, including technical ones,
- Handling of service request inquiries after successful onboarding, also technical,
- Steering of the AWS customer engineering team (4 resources) as well as the Azure customer engineering team (2 resources),
- Interface to all other teams of the project (Platform Teams, Finance, Security, Operations) as well as to other services of the Hybrid Initiative,
- Documentation of all customer topics,
- Contribute to the monthly service reporting (compilation of all metrics and qualitative activities around the roadmap),
- Implementation of roadmap activities, e.g. Enhance SCC enablement for self service provisioning,
- Communications Channels & Measures,
- Weekly (or as needed) status report,
- Support (Business and Technical Inputs from the Customer Team perspective) for SNOW Automation,
- Creation of cloud accounts in the system (i.e. Jenkins).
Requirements
- Must have good written and spoken English & strong communication skills,
- Organizational skills topics always have to be brought into new processes,
- Communication strength / presentation strength many interfaces, a lot of customer contact,
- Nervous strength have many topics in mind at the same time, many different sensitivities,
- Basic knowledge of AWS and Azure // general understanding of cloud as opposed to on prem,
- Basic knowledge confluence / jira,
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel).
