We are seeking a Partner Success Director to be part of our partnership team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving the success of our business via our channel partners.This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our business growth by working closely with the Partner Managers to acquire partners, onboard, certify, and build long-term relationships. The Partner Success Manager will be primarily responsible for curating, creating, and managing partner facing content that help our data analytics channel partners scale their business.If you have good experience in the data analytics field, are skilled in similar solutions, and have a passion for forging strong partnerships, we encourage you to apply for this role.
Tasks
- Acting as a partner success manager, work closely with our partner managers as we acquire partners, onboard, certify and then work together to deliver business transformation through advanced analytics.
- Establish a long term and sustainable relationship with assigned strategic partners undertaking presales and support activities to ensure they become experts in data analytics and AI platform and can, align solutions with the clients key business initiatives.
- Enable partners at scale, helping them solve problems, create value, acting as trusted solutions advisor on areas as diverse as industry trends, platform vision, product differentiation, key use cases, platform presentations and demos, and solution delivery.
- Curate, create and manage partner-facing enablement and field-engagement content on our enterprise partner relationship platform.
- Contribute to partner marketing strategies.
What you will need
- Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience working with commercial enterprise products in advanced analytics including data preparation, data visualization, Machine Learning, and AI.
- Track record and experience of working in a software company.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization and collaborate with multiple regions to achieve common goals.
- Industry Knowledge
- Experience in our data analytics software products and/or competitive solutions.
- Experience with SAS language and Python.
- Deep knowledge of the advanced analytics market and platform offerings.
- Knowledge of the modus operandi of global systems integrators.
- Ideally, 7+ years of relevant software industry experience.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with internal teams, partners, and executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and teaming abilities to motivate a cross-functional and global team.
