Our client is looking for Oracle DB Speaclist to their newly established team in Budapest.
Main tasks
- Working with data experts and other teams within an agile and cross-functional team
- Development and maintenance of Oracle Programs and jobs using Data Automation Tool
- Build technical solutions required for optimal transformation and loading of data from different sources
- Daily check of all data loading-Jobs in the morning
- Incident management and communication
- Troubleshooting
- Execution of the release processes of self-developed and productively maintained changes and programs
- Quality check and testing
- Contribute ideas for continually improving the teams productivity and code quality
Requirements
- Solid knowledge, strong understanding and experience with Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL and Linux
- Open-minded to familiarize with our DATA AUTOMATION Tool biGENIUS
- Ideally experience in the development of BI-application systems and first experience with insurance requirements
- Solution-oriented, open-minded, open to challenges and ability to communicate effectively
- Solid experience in database design and data modelling
- A passion for good quality code
- Must be organized, analytical, detail-oriented, self-motivated, disciplined and structured
- Strong service attitude and process orientation
- Ability to work within a team as well as independent
- Fluent in written and spoken English (German is a plus)
