We are looking for a Medior/Senior Test Automation Engineer in our international, American based partners team, in Hungary with 100% remote work opportunity. (If you like, you can work in the office as well). Our partners product is used internationally. Thanks to this software, users can customize and optimize their daily workflows (e.g., maximize yield, store sensor data in the cloud, telemetry, self-driving). This product can be accessed from both web and mobile applications.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software development experience on Test Automation field (preferably using around web and mobile solutions)
- Good spoken and written English knowledge
- Solid understanding of application design, Clean Code, Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns
- Experience with source code control tools (Git, Bitbucket)
Nice to have
- Experience with Cucumber, Selenium, Serenity, JUnit, Jest is preferred
- Experience with Maven, Jenkins, LoadRunner, RESTAssured, Javascript or Python
- Spoken and written German language
What you will do
- Work in team, and solve high complexity tasks according to the business requirements
- Participate in development of new features for the teams internal toolset
- Write a well-designed, testable, quality code following clean code principles
- Help inreating and maintaining a test automation framework and the related UI test cases
- Writing automated tests in every test level
- Document his or her work based on company standards
- Provide support for the already existing Suite
- Helping in the maintenance of CI/CD, creation of Jenkins files, and maintainance of the automated test execution jobs
- Mentor junior colleagues
- Review pull requests
- Understand and contribute in enhancing the development and deployments flows with special focus for Continuos Testing
- Others, based on the current focus of the team
- Foster testing culture and be open to take on technical challenges.
