We are looking for an experienced C# Fullstack Developer with a strong focus on backend development and simulator engineering for a long-term development project in the field of special-purpose machinery. The goal is to build and continuously develop a simulation platform that digitally replicates real machine processes. You will be part of a professional development team with close collaboration with hardware-near development.
Tasks
- Development of simulators for real machine processes using C#
- Strong backend focus (70%), including control logic, state machines, and interface management
- Modeling of digital twins and test data scenarios
- Integration of industrial interfaces (OPC-UA, TCP/IP, RS232)
- Contribution to the development of a multifunctional simulation platform
- Close collaboration with adjacent teams (hardware, testing, architecture)
Requirements
- All of the following qualifications must be fully met for consideration
- Deep and long-standing professional experience with C# (ideally 10+ years), with a clear focus on backend development
- Hands-on experience in simulator development or comparable system simulation
- Proven project experience in special-purpose machinery, mechanical or plant engineering
- Strong understanding of industrial interfaces (e.g., OPC-UA, TCP/IP, RS232) and process flows
- Solid experience with state machines and complex control logic
- Engineering mindset (e.g., background in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or automation)
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Git, and Clean Code principles
- Note Applications without clearly recognizable experience in all of the areas listed above cannot be considered.

- Utilization: 80% (32 hours/week)
- On-site: Probably every 2-3 months for important meetings in Budapest, otherwise 99% remote.
