We are looking for a Senior Manual Tester / QA Specialist to join the IT Operations 24×7 and Digital Channels Development teams of a leading bank. The role focuses on executing and managing User Acceptance Testing and supporting the quality assurance of digital banking platforms.
Tasks
- Execute manual test cases and document results
- Perform User Acceptance Testing in coordination with business users
- Identify, document, and track defects
- Collaborate with developers and other QA engineers to ensure issue resolution
- Validate that functional and non-functional requirements are met
- Maintain test plans, scenarios, and related documentation
Requirements
- Solid experience in manual testing and QA processes
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Azure DevOps)
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies
- Experience in banking/financial services is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and documentation skills in English
- Readiness to travel to Malta occasionally (approx. every 2-3 months for 1 week)
