Our client is a small but dynamic Hungarian development company specializing in app development across diverse sectors, including IoT, e-health, and marketing. They are looking for a junior or medior iOS developer who enjoys crafting clean, maintainable code and is eager to keep learning.
Although they are primarily looking for iOS developers, if you also have experience with Android or Kotlin Multiplatform—or are interested in expanding in this direction—that will be a strong advantage.
They do not expect you to know everything on day one. What matters most is practical experience, curiosity, and the ability to pick up new concepts with guidance.
Requirements
- Experience with Swift Structured Concurrency
- Experience with SwiftUI and/or UIKit
- Knowledge of Dependency Injection principles
- Familiarity with Protocol-Oriented Programming (POP)
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices
- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Contribute to the improvement of internal tools and development processes
- Strong critical thinking skills.
Nice to have
- Writing and maintaining unit tests
- Experience in developing modularized applications
- Experience with Core Bluetooth
- Familiarity with Swift Macros
- Knowledge of Swift 6
- Experience with SPM plugins
- Understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Experience using the AsyncAlgorithms library
- Familiarity with CoreData and SwiftData
- Experience working with Figma
- Understanding of OpenAPI specifications
