We are looking for IT Security Expert who will be responsible for managing Digital Cyber Security Engineering activities, incorporating best practices across the entire company as a member of the Global Digital Security team.
The team is responsible for the strategic layout of IT security and compliance (not operation).
You are going to report to the Senior Manager, not going to have direct reports, but there is a clear opportunity, or even an expectation for growth. You are going to have the opportunity to work in a very international environment on various global projects.
What You Will Do
- Responsible of Digital Security – with your team – across the company globally
- Continuously improve and optimize Cyber Security environment across the company, especially in the Cloud environments
- Manage and maintain the present Security Tools
- Evaluate risks and appropriate processes and technology to mitigate these risks
- Establish and foster a corporate information security organization
- Develop a sustainable risk governance process around information security, including KPIs and reporting
- Perform risk assessments of individual projects as well as holistic companywide assessments
What You Need
- Ideally Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience on Cyber Security in a global footprint
- Solid experience in Risk Governance and Risk Management
- Solid experience on End Point Security, Cloud Security, Application Security and Network Security
- CISSP certification is a must
- Strong English language knowledge (reading, writing and speaking)
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a structured and analytical way
- Very good communication in a team environment
Nice To Have
- Experience with Scrum in an Agile Development environment and familiarity with relevant tools.
- Experience in developing cross-platform applications for the cloud, desktop, and mobile.
- Experience working with global cross-functional teams.
